Pamukkale, meaning "Cotton Castle" in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli Province in southwestern Turkey. The city contains hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water. Pamukkale is a tourist attraction. It is recognized as a World Heritage Site together with Hierapolis. Hierapolis-Pamukkale was made a World Heritage Site in 1988.

Pamukkale is famous with its white travertines of calcium springs. There are 17 hot spring waters in the area. When the hot spring waters come up to the surface,at the beginning it is like a jelly,when it meet with the air, they begin to loose the carbon dioxide in the water and calcium bicarbonate subsides to shape the very beautiful white travertines and pools of Pamukkale and this is really worth to see this extraordinary natural beutiful. You can walk through the Pamukkale Travertines with naked foot and even you may find a chance to relax in the hot water of its pools and Cleopatra's (Ancient) Pool. The ancient city with its Pagan roots and Christian traditions and belives,its splendid an interesting site if you admire the historical sites and ancient ruins of Hierapolis.Just out of the city, on the hill point, you are going to find the the tomp where Saint Philip was martyred.But it is still unknown if the Saint Philip here is The Apostle Philip or Philip the Evangelist.The believed that its remain him and it is a sacred place. Hierapolis Ancient city also has a wonderful Greek theatre which is not to be missed because it has a very well preserved theatre situated on the slope of the mountain.

Ephesus ancient city was the most important commercial center of the western Anatolia in antiquity. After the Pompei in Italy, Ephesus is the second largest open air museum in the world. It was the first ancient city built entirely of marble. The city has one of the biggest theater in Anatolia and Asia Minor, the third biggest library and second largest agora in the world. Also St. Paul lived in there so Ephesus is the one of seven churches of Revelation.

Terrace Houses where the richest Romans used to live inside of slope houses which consist of the breathtaking mozaics on the floors, excellent frescos one walls, one of the first examples of central heating system which dates back to 1C BC.

Meet up location: You are going to meet with your Professional Tour Guide who has a sign of your name, at the exit of Airport of Izmir (Adnan Menderes Airport) or Hotels in Izmir or Port in Izmir or possible to take you from Kusadasi or Selcuk Town for your unforgettable day. You have to inform us about where we need to pick you up from during the booking.

Itinerary: 

First day, Your guide is going to pick up you from Izmir airport or anywhere from Izmir or Kusadası or Selcuk town and we are going to visit Pamukkale Travertines and Hierapolis Ancient City. Our journey will takes aprox 3 hours, We will enter the site from South Gate, will show some ruins which are belongs to ancient city of Hierapolis and visit Cleopatra's Pool (But entrance fee is extra )and then visit Cotton-Castle which is Pamukkale's terraces are made of travertine which consist of calsium carbonate, a sedimentary rock deposited by mineral water from the hot springs. After the tour we are going to drop you at your hotel in Kusadası.

Second day, our meeting time at 08:15 am. Firstly early morning time is the best time to make House of Mother Mary tour. Then just 10 minutes later we will arrive at the upper gate of Ephesus Ancient City which can take approximately 1 and half hour or 2 hours max with visiting to terrace houses museum can take approximately 30 minutes. We will visit the upper gate of Ephesus ancient city. Walk through history along marble streets lined with extensive ruins from state buildings to public buldings,among them the Bath of State, Odeon,State Agora,Prytaneion,Temple of Domition,Relief of Nike,Memmius Manument,Heracles Gate,Trajan Fauntain,Bath of Skolastica,Temple of Hadrian,Slope Houses,Public Toilets,Celsus Library,Commercial Agora,Marble Street,Gymnasium, Harbour Street and finally The Great Theater, Your guide will explain all the site one by one. Then end of the Ephesus tour we are meting with our driver and vehicle at the lower gate of Ephesus. After Ephesus tour, the best thing to do is go to lunch to take our energy back. After the Lunch if you like to visit the St. John Church we go there and last spot will be the Temple of Artemis. Also we have a optional extra site is very scenic Sirince Village (you may taste local wines in here). Arround 04:00 - 05:00 pm we may have complited the tour and we will go to Izmir airport or drop you back to your hotel. END OF OUR SERVICE and TOURS.

3.      During the tours Licensed-Professional Tour Guides included. This is not a continues tour that starts and ends with the same guide & driver/vehicle. In each region/tour, you will have different local guides & drivers/vehicles. 8.      Breakfast at the Hotel and Lunch during the tours included. Generally, breakfast at the Hotel is at between 07:30 - 10:00 am. In case you have an early morning flight, you may miss breakfast time at your Hotel. However, if you talk to the reception of your hotel a day earlier and request for breakfast-box, they may help you on this hand. 

9.      You can swim in the Antique pool in Pamukkale. However, please note that there is an extra charge that you will have to pay directly at your own expense before entry to the pools. This entrance fees to the pools is not covered as part of your tour. Please note that you must bring your own towel, swimsuit etc. if you need to use the pools.

10.  The hot air balloon ride operates in optimum weather conditions. The decision for the flight to take off on any given day is decided by the local government at the last minute depending on weather conditions to ensure passenger safety. If your paid and scheduled hot air balloon ride gets cancelled by the tour company at the last minute for weather conditions, we will provide you with a refund of USD 250.00 for the hot air balloon ride in Pamukkale too, if you have it booked with us.

11.  Please note that your return flight from Izmir to Istanbul will arrive at either the New Airport in Istanbul or at the Sabiha Gökçen Airport depending on the availability of flights on the ticket purchase date.

12.  Upon arrival at Istanbul airport, you will have to arrange your own pick-up service from Istanbul airport to your hotel in Istanbul. This transfer is not included as part of your package tour services with us. Our service ends upon your  arrival at Izmir Airport.

Option 2: You can arrange your own accommodation on the tour as per your preference. We can offer a new package tour price without including cost of hotel accommodation. If Option 2 is preferred, all services as part of the package tour will be provided except for hotel accommodation.
