1)Do your shore
excursions guarantee return to the ship on time?
Yes, we
offer a "No One Left Behind" Guarantee.
Our guides are trained to always return you to your ship in plenty of time at
the end of the tour. We guarantee that in the highly unlikely event that you
miss your ship, we will arrange overnight accommodation and transport to the
next feasible port-of-call.
We won't cover you if the reason for missing your ship is caused by your own
actions or personal situation, for example if you deviate from the agreed-upon
itinerary, become ill, get arrested etc.
You must contact us first so that we can be part of the solution in arranging
accommodation and transportation.
2) I booked a shore
excursion. Will I get a refund if my ship doesn't dock?
Yes.
If any tour, not just shore excursions, is cancelled because of a 'force
majeure' event, you will receive a full refund. For shore excursions, this
typically means such things as weather conditions preventing your ship from
docking, or if your ship arrives late or otherwise does not dock.
3) Can I pay the guide
rest of the payment in cash on the day of the shore excursion?
We
do take min 50% deposit before the shore excursions.
You
have two options for payment. The first, we offer you to pay your entire tour
cost on Payment page whilst you are booking it.
If
you do not want to pay all cost of your tour , you pay 50% deposit then when
you meet with your tour guide you pay the rest of your payment as cash on your
arrival which is the easiest way for you, rest of the all payments will be
received from you at the tour day by your tour guide. Its enough for us to know
in which conditions you would like to pay.

I want maximum flexibility to cancel my shore excursions. What are my options?

The
24 HOUR ANY REASON cancellation option.
HOW
IT WORKS:
For
an additional fee (20USD extra payment per person), payable at time of booking, you can
benefit from our '24 HOUR ANY REASON' cancellation option. By purchasing this
option, you will have the peace-of-mind of knowing that we will refund you the
full amount you pay for your tour (excluding the cost of the '24 HOUR ANY
REASON' cancellation option), provided you notify us of cancellation 24 hours
or more before the start of your tour.
If
you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour's start time, the Standard
Cancellation Policy applies.

You have the right to stop the tour at any time. At your request, your
guide-partner will return you to the agreed ending point by the transportation
method(s) set out in the tour description.

7)What can I do to ensure a safe and secure experience while
on-tour?
Since all travel involves an element of risk, New Roads Travel Agency strongly
encourages its travellers to purchase adequate medical and/or travel insurance
prior to their tour date.

I am goint to visit Ephesus/Kusadasi by a cruise ship and leave by the same
ship. Do I need Visa?
You are called as daily transit guest. So same day
return cruise passangers do not need visa for Ephesus.

Are your tours the same ones offered by the Cruise Lines?
Cruise Lines offer 100% same tours, visiting the
same sites. The biggest difference is that you will have a private guide
(host,representative) entire day, reserve in advance and save time and of
course save money.

What time and where will the tour start?
When you leave the port, 15 minutes before our meeting time, your tour
guide will be ready there, where private tour guides will be holding a sign of
your name in the area where their guests are waiting.
We have an important suggestion for you.Get off the
ship as possible as quickly you can. Because you need to be that much ahead of
many bus groups. Try to leave the ship max half an hour later as soon as the
ship has berthed at the port. But of course the tour will start whenever you
wish. You will be the boss. That’s why, the tour will start where and when you
want.

Can I take a tour on Sundays or is everything closed?
